amazing locationhelpful staffcanal views
the location was amazing near the rialto bridge (it's hard to beat!). the staff helped with travel plans and offered great restaurant suggestions. our room included a juliet balcony with views overlooking the grand canal. breakfast each morning featured a custom made cappuccino.

the hotel is steps from the rialto bridge. the location is excellent for exploring main tourist sites (everything is a short walk!). the hotel arranged our murano glass factory visit, including a brief boat ride.
